Why End of Life Admin Exists
This website was created in honour of my mother, Theresia Reid.
When she passed away, I found myself facing one of the hardest moments of my life. Beyond the grief, I was suddenly responsible for organising a funeral, managing paperwork, making legal decisions, and notifying countless organisations.
I had no idea where to begin.
There was no simple guide explaining what needed to happen, in what order, or who to contact.
This website exists because of that experience.
It brings together the information, checklists, and guidance I wish I had — so that others navigating the loss of a loved one don’t have to feel as lost as I did.
If this resource helps even one person find clarity during a difficult time, then it has served its purpose.
